          Observer - Alerting, Metrics, and Targets page does not load as expected, blank page would be shown

          1.Navigate to Observer -> Alerting, Metrics, and Targets page directly

      Actual results:

          Blank page, no data be loaded

      Expected results:

          Work as normal
