      Description of problem:

      Cloud event proxy is not generatign name_status metrics

         ptpEventConfig: enableEventPublisher: true transportHost: 

verifying for nmea_status metrics will return zero result
curl localhost:9091/metrics | grep nmea_status    

      Actual results:

      empty

      Expected results:
