Normal Description of problem:
when use the oc-mirror with v2 prepare , sill use 5000 as default port , this is not same as the help info , should use 55000 as default port.

Actual results:
1 oc-mirror --v2 prepare --from file://out --config config-filter.yaml file://out
--v2 flag identified, flow redirected to the oc-mirror v2 version. PLEASE DO NOT USE that. V2 is still under development and it is not ready to be used.
2023/12/04 05:39:00 [ERROR] : 5000 is already bound and cannot be used
Expected results:
Should use default port 55000.
