[release-4.13] cnf-tests: [test_id: 55012] RPS configuration applied on some physical devices

      Due to race between the udev rule, applied on physical network devices, and the default RPS mask, applied to all network devices, physical network devices might get configured with the wrong RPS mask.
      The outcome is that a performance degradation might affect those specific physical network devices.
      This is a known issue in which we already have a fix for and it will introduce on the next z stream release.
