      A customer pointed out that the first yaml in this document https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/networking/hardware_networks/configuring-sriov-device.html is missleading. The text eSwitchMode: "switchdev"  could be improved. It could either by default be eSwitchMode: "legacy" or we can use  eSwitchMode: <mode> where we explain that "legacy" is default SR-IOV behavior. "switchdev" would enable hardware offloading. It can be optional and not specified in the policy at all.

      This was reported against 4.10 and 4.12 docs, but likely applies to 4.10 and onward. Please verify.
