There's an issue with the NLB (default ingress in hypershift) https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-9026 that prevents pods landing in the same Node than the router from making network requests through a route successfuly

This impacts the console operator for example https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-23752 where we are skipping health checks completely.
