Description of problem:
NPE on topology if creates a k8s svc and KSVC which has no metadata in template

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a KSVC from admin -> serving -> create service 2. create a k8s svc from search service (create)
Actual results:
topology breaks (see attached screenshot)
Expected results:
topology shouldn't break
