      This is a clone of issue MGMT-13111. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of the problem:

      In Staging, deleting host in UI {}> Host re{-} register after ~15 mins

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Before cluster installation, delete random host using UI

      2. Wait 15 mins

      3. Host re-register without rebooting

      Actual results:

      Agent automatically register himself after 15 min

      Expected results:

      Agent should register again after reboot
