Description of problem:

RHACM bare metal host is stuck in provisioning  status.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

The base metal OEM is HPE Synergy Gen10 Plus, OCP version is 4.12.27 and RHACM is 2.8.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

NA

Actual results:

ACM 2.8 is not sending the Redfish API calls to the HPE iLO 5 (FW Version 2.96) required to set the OneTimeBoot. The calls are not appearing in the iLO security logs

Expected results:

The Baremetal operator should be able to boot the hardwares with the discovery ISO
