      1. Run the oc-mirror with v2 format 
`./oc-mirror --v2 --config config.yaml  file://out`
`./oc-mirror --v2 prepare --from file://out --config config-filter.yaml file://out -p 5005`
`./oc-mirror --from file://out docker://ec2-3-143-247-94.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com:5000/ocp -p 5005 --config config-filter.yaml  --v2`

       

       

       

      Actual results:

      didn't find the out file about updateService.yaml 

      Expected results:

      Should create the file about updateService.yaml
