      Before this fix the utlization cards would show `limit` in a confusing way which incorrectly implies a relationship between capacity & limits.

      The position of `limit` was changed and the wording tweaked.

      Description of problem:

      Navigate to Node overview and check the Utilization of CPU and memory, it shows something like: "6.53 GiB available of 300 MiB total limit", which looks very confuse.
