Through https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-23312, it was identified that some sections of the API docs are not up to date for 4.14.

Specifically these areas were noticed, but there might be more:

* https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/rest_api/workloads_apis/cronjob-batch-v1.html - for "timeZone", the sentence that says "This is beta field..." should not be there.
* https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/rest_api/workloads_apis/job-batch-v1.html#spec - for "template", there should be a sentence that says "The only
    allowed template.spec.restartPolicy values are "Never" or "OnFailure"."

Need to investigate why the 4.14 API reference docs aren't showing these 4.14 updates.
