    Description

      Description of problem:

      If the cloud from clouds.yaml used to install the cluster uses application_credential_id and application_credential_secret instead of a user and a password, Kuryr does not get these credentials.

      Reproduced on 4.10 and 4.11.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install OSP cluster with Kuryr when the cloude uses application_credential_id and application_credential_secret instead of a user and a password
2.

      Actual results:

      Installation fails, errors in kuryr controller due to application credentials not forwarded.

      Expected results:

      Installation working.

      Additional info:

      If I check the cluster network operator code[1], I see that application credential ID and secret are no used in any way to populate kuryr credentials.
