    Description

      Description of problem:

      Deploymnent of OCP 4.12.ec4 build failed with the latest RHCOS image " 412.86.202210072120-0" and rhel-86 image
RHCOS node gets stuck at booting. 

OCP Build used: https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/ppc64le/clients/ocp-dev-preview/4.12.0-ec.4/   
RHCOS build used: https://releases-rhcos-art.apps.ocp-virt.prod.psi.redhat.com/?stream=releases/rhcos-4.12-ppc64le/  Build 412.86.202210072120-0

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Try deploying OCP 4.12.ec4 build, using terraform automation 

Result:
Deployment fails on Power platform.


Deploy via Terraform script is showing this error:

      4.12 deployment should complete successfully.
