      Description of problem:

      When the siteconfig yaml file is too large
      
      cat broken-siteconfig.yaml |grep -v \#|wc -l
      4339
      
      the argocd failes with error
      
      
      Error: failure in plugin configured via /tmp/kust-plugin-config-4082115606; fork/exec /tmp/ztp-kustomize-plugin/ran.openshift.io/v1/siteconfig/SiteConfig: argument list too long: fork/exec /tmp/ztp-kustomize-plugin/ran.openshift.io/v1/siteconfig/SiteConfig: argument list too long
      
      This comes from kustomize as we can see it locally
