      Description of problem:

      The bootstrapExternalStaticDNS paramenter added in 4.14 is missing in the docs in the section for additional parameters of bare metal IPI install:

      Additional install-config parameters

      From the installer:

      $ openshift-baremetal-install explain installconfig.platform.baremetal.bootstrapExternalStaticDNS
KIND:     InstallConfig
VERSION:  v1

RESOURCE: <string>
  Format: ip
  BootstrapExternalStaticDNS is the static network DNS of the bootstrap node. This can be useful in environments without a DHCP server.
