There is a need that user should create `ipsec-endpoint-config.conf` but
 there is no example or sample file on the same section. Instead we are 
redirecting user to rhel8 document which has more options. 

I think there should be an example file or a sample file which shows 
what should be bare minimum variable on it to establish ipsec 
tunnel.
