      Description of problem:

      Upgrade to 4.14 fails with the same error as in reported bug
https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-17888

The upgrade was being done from 4.12 to 4.14 and once they completed till
4.13 they started observing this issue.

The status seen on BMH node after upgrade 

The details for the host's BMC are either incorrect or incomplete therefore the host could not be managed.
Cannot generate image: serde_yaml::Error: unknown field `slaves`, expected one of `mode`, `options`, `ports`, `port`

      Upgrade to OpenShift 4.14 or 4.13 from 4.12

      Fails to read the BMC details on host.
