      ClusterRoleBinding cluster-baremetal-operator has namespace for cluster scoped entity

      How reproducible:

      CVO keeps on reconciling cluster-baremetal-operator ClusterRoleBinding because of namespace value in a cluster scoped entity

      Actual results:

      namespace is removed from ClusterRoleBinding
