Description of problem:

We previously added support for configuring CSI_FSGROUP_POLICY for the Manila CSI Driver Operator (github.com/openshift/csi-driver-manila-operator#142). As part of this change, we added the ability to configure this attribute via the operator's deployment. However, the wrong manifest was modified: the Manila CSI Driver Operator doesn't deploy itself but rather the Cluster Storage Operator does this. We should correct our mistake.
