      Description of problem:

      The MCO's 4.13 branch bootstrap unit tests started failing since introduction of log noise reduction PR: https://github.com/openshift/machine-config-operator/pull/3950

This test is not set as required, so this is not blocking anything. This also doesn't actually affect cluster functionality.

          Bug - A problem that impairs or prevents the functions of the product. OCPBUGS-4877 MCO warns unknown fields from ControllerConfig
