No immediately obvious way to get the etcd version

    • Previously, you could not query for the etcd version included with MicroShift. With is update, the `microshift version` command outputs both the MicroShift and etcd versions.

      Description of problem:

      I would like to know what version of etcd is running as part of the MicroShift installation

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      MicroShift 4.14-rc-4

      How reproducible:

      Every time

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Try to determine the etcd version
2. ???
3. Not able to

      Actual results:

      Not sure how to get the etcd version

      Expected results:

      Perhaps it would be possible for `microshift version` or something similar to expose the version of etcd as well.
