      The default catalogSources in the openshift-4.12 payload are using the 4.12 image tag

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.12.0

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install a 4.12 OpenShift cluster
2. Inspect the default catalogSource image tags.

      Actual results:

      The default catalogSources reference the 4.11 image tags.

      Expected results:

      The default catalogSources reference the 4.12 image tags.
