CRO's CSV, image-references, and package.yaml still reference 4.14 while art.yaml directs looking for 4.15 to replace.

These references must be updated before this operator can be pre-released (hopefully with ec.1). Until then, clusterresourceoverride-operator will be disabled in 4.15. You can use this bug to fix that and file a PR to revert https://github.com/openshift-eng/ocp-build-data/pull/3722/commits/e94ff58c8b908c3f960d92c7ac5d1f4c7a4dfd0c  to re-enable it after an ARTist has tested the fix (alert @release-artists in #forum-ocp-art).

Additionally, https://github.com/openshift/cluster-resource-override-admission-operator/blob/master/OWNERS lists "Node" as the component, and https://github.com/openshift-eng/ocp-build-data/blob/e6c8da922960ae5e912e48a47745b7a5613c6c1a/product.yml#L537-L542 lists it as "Node / Cluster Resource Override Admission Operator" both of which are probably wrong, so please bring these into step with reality.
