Description of problem:

This was brought to our attention as a result of https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/28307 breaking the IPv6 job. It adds an execution of "adm release info" which ends up hitting an internal server error inside our image registry on the virtual host.

We haven't been able to get a traceback of the failure. https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/28329 has been merged to unblock the job, but we still need to investigate what is causing the failure.
