      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-14829. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      We should potentially warn users who are specifying just the username in vSphere credentials without the domain name. For example admin rather than admin@vsphere.local.

      For users who specify just the username, certain CSI operations might fail.
