- We are seeing an issue with openshift console, users session is getting logout automatically after few minutes. And CU get the white screen. This behavior is frequent and session getting logout within 2 mins.
- Issue is not with the specific user, cluster admin users as well as normal users facing the same issue.
- In openshift console pods there are no timeout issue also checked in authentication pod but there are no suspicious logs.
- Restarting console pods helps for a while but again sometime start facing same issue after sometime.
- Checked the master node, all node are in sync with same time.
- OC cli works sometime, sometime also face the issue.
- CU is using external load balancer but they have set the timeout as 600 seconds.
- CU is using LDAP for authetication
- Don't have reproduction issue as issue is CU specific

Need help from engineering team to troubleshoot the issue further.

By login to openshift console

1. CU is login to cluster by entering the credentails
2. After few clicks CU is getting white screen
3. Then he has to relogin to cluster

After login to openshift cosole CU is getting white screen after login to cluster

After login to cluster no white screen should appears and session should remain fine
