Cause: We were selecting PackageManifest by name only on the operator install status page
Consequence: In some cases, this could cause the incorrect PackageManifest to be used for displaying the logo and provider since there can be name collisions
Fix: Select PackageManifests by name and label selector to make sure we are selecting the correct one for the current installation.
Result: The correct logo and provider are always shown on the operator install status page.

Description of problem:

While installing Loki operator provided by Red Hat through operator hub in openshift console after pressing the install button, it turns to installing community loki operator provided by grafana loki SIG operator.
In the end Loki operator provided by Red Hat is installed.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to operators > OperatorHub in openshift console.
Search for loki, below three operators will appear:
- Community Loki operator provided by Grafana Loki SIG operator.
- Loki Helm operator
- Loki operator provided by Red Hat.

Actual results:

While installing Loki operator provided by Red Hat through operator hub in openshift console after pressing the install button, it turns to installing community loki operator provided by grafana loki SIG operator.

Expected results:

While installing Loki operator provided by Red Hat through operator hub in openshift console after pressing the install button, Loki operator provided by Red Hat should be visible.
