When attempting to use a Stateful OpenStack network on the secondary interface of the Node, no IPv6 address is added to the interface
because the RHCOS image does not have DHCPv4 and DHCPv6 set in the default kernel args, these args used to be set in 4.4 release [1] by default.
Once that is configured as a day 2 operation with Machine config, the address was added to the interface.
It is expected that this configuration would be done default as it was before.
