When adding a component to the topology the Ux renders it to the far right of the topology, far off the focused components, giving the impression it has not been created; user has to zoom out and then drag it into the area of other components to make it readable

1.Create four or five apps in the dev topology
2. Go to the admin view
3. Go back to dev topology and use Add+ to add a component
