      Description of problem:

      When the BFD strict-mode is configured in routers, the GBP peer is brought down and the BFD link is down. When BFD strict mode is not configured, hello packets from BGP ensure the BGP connectivity is established.

Need to have the connectivity established with strict-mode enabled
