OpenShift Example Sample Failing - Go 1.18 (UBI 7)

When using the Developer Portal on a fresh install of OpenShift, there are a number of 'Example Samples' that can be used to show the benefits that OpenShift can bring for Developers. One of these is the `Go 1.18 (UBI 7)`. 

Using this example fails to deploy anything and displays the following warning:

Use the following path to choose as Sample:
`Developer Portal >> +Add >> Samples`

Choose the `Basic Go (Builder Images)` Sample and click Create.

1. `Developer Portal >> +Add >> Samples`
2. Choose the `Basic Go (Builder Images)` Sample 
3. Click Create.

The following error is displayed:

Service Unavailable
~~~

The sample is deployed correctly or is removed as an option.
