      Example clusterVersion policy is not aligned to OCP version

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      Steps to Reproduce:

      The example ClusterVersion policy is based on an OCP 4.9 cluster instead of 4.12. This does not align to the OCP documentation version or the example provided for the disconnected cluster upgrade process using policies.
