      Description of problem:

      OpenShift 4.12 already includes fixes to verify steps:

However older versions (e.g. 4.11 and 4.11) do not and hence are prone to a bug that these fixes address.

This is a NOOP bug required to meet automation requirements and allow merging of these bugfixes into 4.11 and 4.10
