Description of problem:
Apply OC profile without e810 plugin (Assuming plugins are only for e810 or GM) and linux ptp daemon logs reports attempting to run e810 plugin

How reproducible:
apply OC or BC ptpconfig without plugin section (Use any older version ptpconfig) and watch linuxptp-daemon-container logs
