The Japanese translation of some pages is out of sync

I had a meeting with Max Bridges today, and he told me that [1] and [2] are out of sync. You can see that the Japanese version has 5 bullet points in the pre-requisites section, while the most up-to-date English page[2] has only two.

Extra request:
Given that this "out-of-sync" was caused around when [3] was fixed, and as per what Max told me, this was caused by a template missing a bracket, and breaking all the following conditionals... is it possible to have the machine translation for 4.10 re-executed as a whole?
