Description of problem:

We hit the problem while doing the upgrade of MetalLB Operator from version 4.10 to 4.12 and we fixed it by following the KCS (https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7034634). We think we need to update the following documentation(https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/networking/metallb/metallb-upgrading-operator.html) accordingly.
