      Description of problem:

      Please check the feasibility to backport the bug[1] OCPBUGS-4359 to older ocp 4.11 and 4.12 version

We had faced same issue in one of our (or multiple) customers and they are asking for backport to older supported versions (4.11/4.12) as the upgrade to OCP 4.13 is currently not feasible for them.
