When clicking on link it takes to software download page which doesn't include RHCOS-RHOSP qcow2 image

please look into it and correct the link if wrong or add missing part

For now image is downloaded from https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/x86_64/dependencies/rhcos/4.13/latest/ as a workaround
