      RODO 1.0.1 has com.openshift.version set to 4.13 where as it should be set to v4.13-v4.14 since 1.0.1 has to support 4.13 and 4.14

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Get the latest advisory of 1.0.1
2. Run command `oc image info registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/run-once-duration-override-operator-metadata-rhel-8@sha256:8c15920bcc343c7c441e484b104d462159b344d470fddfb7c719bc7e79ae42ad`

      Actual results:

      com.openshift.versions is set to v4.13

      Expected results:

      com.openshift.version should be set to v4.13-v4.14
