Description of problem:
The documentation at https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/storage/persistent_storage/persistent_storage_local/persistent-storage-using-lvms.html#lvms-deployment-requirements-for-sno-ran_logical-volume-manager-storage states ACM as a requirement. It should be made clear that it is only a requirement if ACM is selected as the method of installing LVM Storage. If it is installed via the LVM Storage Operator directly on OCP, ACM is not a requirement.
