      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-19433. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      Customer opened a case stating a simple ingress resource does not work in version ec4

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.14 ec4

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create an http serving pod.
2. Create a service for such pod.
3. Create an ingress rule to expose it.
4. Curl the cluster using the path in the ingress rule.

      Actual results: 

      error 503 from the router

      Expected results:

      200 ok from the pod
