In a single PSI cluster I am unable to modify the display-name and description annotations of any namespace. Trying to edit them and save the YAML results in the following error message:

An error occurred
Error "Invalid value: "<NS-NAME>": field is immutable" for field "metadata.namespace".

Always on the single cluster, never on other clusters

1.Go to a namespace's details view
2.Edit YAML (display-name or description annotations)
3.Save YAML

Error message is shown, values are not edited

annotations are edited

This is only reproducible on a single PSI cluster, https://console-openshift-console.apps.ods-qe-01.rhods.ccitredhat.com/
