      Description of problem:

      Simple typo in the URI in some documentations:
      seting instead of setting

      checked this against the master branch of the repository openshift-doc.
      3 files are impacted:

      $ git checkout master
      Switched to branch 'master'

      $ grep -irl seting .
      ./modules/setting-up-cpu-manager.adoc
      ./modules/nodes-pods-plugins-about.adoc
      ./modules/setting-up-topology-manager.adoc
