Insights data gathering runs in job as techpreview feature since 4.14. The job gathers the data, uploads it to Red Hat and then checks whether the Insights archive was successfully processed or not (checking the https://console.redhat.com/api/insights-results-aggregator/v2/cluster/%s/request/%s/status endpoint). If the data was not processed then the job and pod should be marked as failed.
