Unable to delete app getting error 404 Not found

Deleting the sample app (Basic Node.js from the Dev Catalog) fails, showing error 404 Not found HTTP on pipeline API endpoint

Tested in ROSA environment 4.11 & 4.12.29

With the error being pipelines related in console as a hunch.

installed openshift pipelines operator and then was able to delete the application without issue.

suggested workaround to Cx: Need to install "Redhat openshift pipeline" operator and then try to delete app though UI.

Cx should be able to delete app without installing "Redhat openshift pipeline" operator.
