    Description

      Description of problem:

      - Pod is having two NFS PVs in the backend which have mountOptions: noresvport mentioned at PV.
      - PVs are created same like manual NFS PVs where backend NFS service is AWS EFS.
      - For RWX PV, noresvport is respected for actual pod mount. For RWO PV, noresvport is not respected.
      - At node level, the mounts are successful but noresvport is not respected. This is observed with multiple PVs and multiple pods.
      - Manual mount of same NFS share with same NFS server by mentioning option with -o is mounting successfully with noresvport.
      - tried to scale down the pod properly removing the PV mounts for the pod and scaled up the pod. On new node also it was showing the same behavior as mentioned above.
