Description of problem:
Deploying SRIOV operator from stable channel on SNO node with DU profile fails due to the following message in the operator subscription
- message: 'constraints not satisfiable: no operators found in channel stable of
package sriov-network-operator in the catalog referenced by subscription sriov-network-operator-subscription,
subscription sriov-network-operator-subscription exists'

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy SNO DU profile spoke with SRIOV operator 2. 3.
Actual results:
Spoke fails to complete operator deployment
Expected results:
SRIOV operator deployed successfully
Additional info:
workaround is to set the channel to "4.14" instead of "stable"
