Creating more than one LVMCluster is allowed but not working

      Description of problem:

      Currently, it is allowed to create more than one LVMCluster on the cluster. This results in failed reconciliations. The is especially problematic when there was a working LVMCluster, but the user created another one by mistake. In this case, LVMS stops reconciling the previously working LVMCluster as well.
