      After Reboot of Edge Node, Microshift service does not come up

      4.14.ec-4

      How reproducible:

      Unknown

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Reboot the node
2. Microshift does not come up

      Actual results:

      Microshift does not come up with errors during service initialization due to Backup.

      Expected results:

      Microshift should come up without any issues
